ABOUT THE APP

Where should I start?

This depends on your goals. If you want to improve mobility, I would start with the Daily Mobility program, unless there is a certain body part you need a lot of help with. If that's the case, start with the corresponding 12-week joint program.

If strength is your focus, I would define your goal.

1. Do you want the perfect blend between strength and mobility? If you have an hour, The Strength & Mobility program is your answer.

2. Are you a serious lifter who wants a balance between strength and conditioning? Easy. Strength & Conditioning Program.

3. Are you in the gym between 2-5 days per week and want a well-rounded focus, but need it to be efficient? Full Body Strength Program

How do I use the app?

The app is designed to find an ongoing team/program that you like and stick with it week in and week out. There are over 100 mobility classes to choose from when you want to take a mobility class, and there is a 12-week prehab program for every joint when something starts bugging you.

Address the nagging issue, then transition back into one of the ongoing programs.

Is there a commitment & how do I cancel?

There is no minimum commitment; your subscription is set to renew every 4 weeks (or yearly if the annual plan is selected) and can be cancelled easily through our website and/or by contacting our support team using the email you used to create your account. Do I get access to all the programs?

You get access to all the programs we have inside the app. This includes our 5 Ongoing calendars (Strength & Conditioning, Strength & Mobility, Full Body Strength , Daily Bodyweight, and Daily Mobility) as well as all of our one-off programs that range from Joint Prehab to HYROX, Kettlebell or Dumbbell programs. You'll find them in the Program tab. Additionally, we have a Mobility tab that has over 100 full-length mobility classes.
