This one’s built for those who want to push themselves. We train six days a week, with a powerful mix of progressive strength work, conditioning, and joint mobility. The sessions are always fresh—but each month follows a focused progression to help you move better, get stronger, and level up your performance. You’ll find it all laid out clearly in the app.
You’ll Need: Barbell, squat rack, dumbbells or kettlebells, bench, pull-up bar, bands or cables, and one piece of cardio equipment (rower, fan bike, or ski erg).
