This is for the grinders. Whether you’re training for your first HYROX race or just want to blend high-intensity strength work with running, this program’s for you. Each week includes three race-style workouts and two running-focused sessions. It’s purpose-built to help you perform on race day, or just feel like a machine.
Duration: 12-Week Program · 5 Days/Week
